commenced its operations in 1983.
Beijing Confectionery has won numerous awards and
recommendations. It has been interviewed and featured by the
various mass media. Television programme like "FOOD OLD DAYS"
hosted by Cai Lilian. The collaboration with Temasek Polytechnic
on cakes using liquid eggs was featured in Channel 8 News.
